The first step is to create an Adobe Color theme. You can do this by going to the Adobe Color website or by using the Adobe Color extension in After Effects.

To create a theme in After Effects, go to Window > Extensions > Adobe Color Themes. In the Adobe Color Themes panel, click on the Create tab. Select the color rule on which you want to base the theme: Analogous, Monochromatic, Triad, Complementary, Compound, Shades, or Custom.

Once you have selected a color rule, you can start to customize your theme. You can adjust the hue, saturation, and brightness of each color in the theme. You can also add or remove colors from the theme.

Once you are happy with your theme, you can save it by clicking on the Save button. You can also give your theme a name and a description.
